Quality Bed & Breakfast on the Isle of Mull

Ardbeg House Bed & Breakfast is situated on the outskirts of the conservation village of Dervaig, on the Isle of Mull.

Ardbeg House has recently been refurbished and up-graded to provide a high standard of comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation.
We currently hold a Scottish Tourist Board 3 star award for consistant high standards of hospitality, service, cleanliness, food and comfort.

Quality Bed and Breakfast

Ardbeg House Bed & Breakfast has six letting bedrooms consisting of
3 double ensuite rooms,
1 multiple occupancy ensuite room (2 single beds and bunk beds) and
2 single rooms that share a shower-room.

Ardebeg house overlooks the village of Dervaig, and is set in an acre of garden grounds.
The Isle of Mull is an important destination for wildlife watchers, We have our own Owls nesting in the Garden at Ardbeg house and regularly have red deer in our gardens.

The main town on the Isle of Mull is Tobermory, Dervaig is 8 miles from Tobermory.

Historicaly, Ardbeg house was built in the mid 1800's as an "industrial" school, to train girls as servants for the large estate houses on the island.

We have off-road parking for guests use, please note that cars and their contents are parked at the owners risk.

Each room at Ardbeg house Bed and Breakfast has tea and coffee making facilities and a good supply of toiletries.

The House has recently been been refurbished, redecorated, and up-graded with new bathrooms

We also supply a mini-fridge, radio-alarm clock, and hairdryer in each room.

The house has full central heating,
Our 2 guest lounges have the benefit of open fires for those cold evenings.

One of our guest lounges has some interesting books that guests are welcome to use during their stay with us.

We welcome well-behaved children, and we request that children are supervised by their parent or guardian, to ensure the comfort of our other guests.

ConservatoryWe also welcome well socialised dogs, and request that they are kept on a lead whilst in the public areas of the house and garden.

We allow pet owners to have their pets in their room at night, and limit the number of guest pets on the premises to two.
